beginning May 15, 2019
on the My Record tab. Graduation applications submitted after July 5, 2019
will be assessed a late fee EXCEPT, the College of Dentistry, Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy, College of Medicine, College of Nursing, and School of Public Health. Students requesting a name change for graduation related purposes must complete a name change request before July 12, 2019
. The online application will be open through 11:59 p.m. July 23, 2019.
Applications submitted after that date must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar using a paper graduation application. The final application deadline is August 5, 2019
for students who will complete requirements in the summer semester.
Graduation applications will not be accepted after 5 p.m. August 5, 2019
. If you miss this deadline, you must apply for Fall 2019 graduation.
Per Student Rule 14.2, degree candidates must be enrolled in or have completed all degree requirements by 5 p.m. July 23, 2019
either in residence at Texas A&M University or at another college or university. Degree Requirement Verification
in courses at other institutions must be provided to the Degree Audit Office by July 23, 2019
to graduate in August 2019.
Students who have not cleared financially with the Office of Student Business Services (979-847-3337) will not receive a diploma at graduation.
Students planning to graduate in December 2019 may begin filing applications for degrees on August 14, 2019. The filing deadline for students completing degree requirements during the fall 2019 term is September 27, 2019.
