beginning May 17, 2017
on the My Record tab. Graduation applications submitted after July 10, 2017
will be assessed a late fee EXCEPT, the College of Dentistry, Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy, College of Medicine, College of Nursing, and School of Public Health. Students requesting a name change for graduation related purposes must complete a name change request before July 17, 2017
. The online application will be open through 11:59 p.m. July 25, 2017
. Applications submitted after that date must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar using a paper graduation application. The application deadline is August 7, 2017
for students who will complete requirements in the summer semester.
Graduation applications will not be accepted after 5 p.m. August 7, 2017
. If you miss this deadline, you must apply for December 2017 graduation.
Per Student Rule 14.2, degree candidates must be enrolled in or have completed all degree requirements by 5 p.m. July 25, 2017
either in residence at Texas A&M University or at another college or university. Degree Requirement Verification
in courses at other institutions must be provided to the Degree Audit Office by July 25, 2017
to graduate in August 2017.
Students who have not cleared financially with the Office of Student Business Services (979-847-3337) will not receive a diploma at graduation.
Students planning to graduate in December 2017 may begin filing applications for degrees on August 16, 2017. The filing deadline for students completing degree requirements during the fall 2017 term is September 29, 2017.
