Fall 2000 - Graduation Dates & Speakers

Commencement ceremonies for the fall semester of 2000 were held December 15-16. Four different ceremonies were conducted on these days in Reed Arena.

The Office of Admissions and Records has announced the following schedule for the ceremonies:

Friday, December 15, 2:00 p.m.
Speaker: Mr. Ron Stone, President, Stonefilms of Texas, Inc.

Friday, December 15, 7:30 p.m.
Speaker: Mr. Mickey Herskowitz, Sports Columnist, Houston Chronicle

Saturday, December 16, 9:00 a.m.
Speaker: Dr. George F. Bass, The George T. and Gladys H. Abell Distinguished Professor of Nautical Archaeology and Holder of the George O. Yamini Family Chair in Nautical Archaeology
