beginning August 12, 2020
on the My Record tab. Graduation applications submitted after September 18, 2020
will be assessed a late fee EXCEPT, the College of Dentistry, Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy, College of Medicine, College of Nursing, and School of Public Health. Students requesting a name change for graduation related purposes must complete a name change request before September 25, 2020
. The online application will be open through 11:59 p.m. November 10, 2020.
Applications submitted after that date must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar using a paper graduation application. The final application deadline is November 24, 2020
for students who will complete requirements in the fall semester.
Graduation applications will not be accepted after 5 p.m. November 24, 2020
. If you miss this deadline, you must apply for Spring 2021 graduation.
Per Student Rule 14.2, degree candidates must be enrolled in or have completed all degree requirements by 5 p.m. November 10, 2020
either in residence at Texas A&M University or at another college or university. Degree Requirement Verification
in courses at other institutions must be provided to the Degree Audit Office by November 10, 2020
to graduate in December 2020.
Students who have not cleared financially with the Office of Student Business Services will not receive a diploma at graduation. In order to have the diploma released, students will need to contact Student Business Services at firstname.lastname@example.org
to clear their financial holds.
Students planning to graduate in May 2021 may begin filing applications for degrees on January 6, 2021. The filing deadline for students completing degree requirements during the spring 2021 term is February 19, 2021.
