Note: The dates for future semesters are subject to change.

Two different ceremonies will probably be conducted on the commencement dates. The determination of which colleges will graduate at each ceremony is not expected until early July.

The commencement convocation speaker is usually not announced until within a month of the ceremony.

Graduation Dates & Speakers

The TAMU Office of Admissions and Records is responsible for balancing the number of graduates at each commencement ceremony. Consequently, the determination of which colleges will graduate at which ceremony is typically not established until 2-3 weeks after the graduation application deadline for that semester.

August 2011

Commencement ceremonies on the College Station campus for the summer semester of 2011 was held August 12. The ceremonies were conducted on these days in Reed Arena unless otherwise noted.

  • Tickets were not be required for admission to any of the ceremonies.
